- "I know how to work, I don't need no teacher. You come on my turf, I be like "bye Felicia""
Trotter Lake is a location first mentioned on season 2, episode 7 - I Want You to Die.
History[]
When Asher was in college, he spent time at this location in his parents' lakehouse with his friends. He filmed a music video for a song he made up called "Bye Felicia" and Michaela found it after overhearing Bonnie mention it.
While Asher was at Trotter Lake, he often held parties and during one of these parties, Tiffany Howard was gangraped. Asher told Bonnie that he was drunk and downstairs and the crime happened upstairs. Bonnie, who had access to the sealed file because of Emily Sinclair, said that four guys took one girl upstairs so it was obvious what was going to happen next and Asher should have done something. Asher went to his dad afterwards because he was worried about Tiffany, and always believed he decided to cover the crime up to prevent blow back on him and his career. In season 6, it is revealed that it was Asher's mum who resolved the situation.
