The Trophy is one of the items in How to Get Away with Murder. Annalise Keating used it to reward the top student at any time in her class. She said it could be turned in at any time to get out of an exam. Following the trophy's use in the murder of Sam Keating, Annalise retired it to her basement.
History[]
Season 1[]
It is first awarded to Connor Walsh, then given to Laurel Castillo and finally Asher Millstone to which he planned to use it to get out of an exam which he didn't study for. Michaela Pratt soon after stole it from Asher on the Night of the Bonfire and tried to turn it in, but Wes Gibbins ends up using it to hit and kill Sam. After, Laurel had Frank return it without making them look suspicious. He claimed that he found it on the porch of Annalise's house and declared it up for grabs again. Season 2[]
After admitting that Annalise took over the Hapstall Case, the Keating 5 showed disinterest. Angrily, Annalise asked then whether they really needed the trophy in order to do their job, and if that was the case then for them to go home. ("It's Time to Move On")
Season 3[]

It's November 2015, and while at her house, Annalise clears through some old case files such as those on the Mahoney Case and Rebecca Sutter's murder charge which she burns them on the fire while drinking a bottle of vodka, Annalise stumbles upon the trophy in one of the boxes. At first, she is taken aback by the trophy as it brings up some memories of Sam's death. She then uses the trophy to angrily smash her laptop. After, she collapses on the floor and thinks before leaving the house to go to Bonnie's House. The trophy then is left in the same position along with files which were still unburned, until coincidentally it is cremated by the fire in the house the same night. ("Who's Dead?")
