Mr. Modrow is a minor character on How to Get Away with Murder. He was the prosecutor during Ben Carter's retrial.
Biography[]
Season 4[]
Mr. Modrow, with the help of Nate, found out that Madison wasn't Ben's and accused him in open court of killing Kym because he found out Madison wasn't his. This caused Ben to attempt to comfort Madison from the witness stand, revealing to the court that it was true, Ben did find out that Madison was not his right before Kym's death. Annalise later got the case dismissed when Virgina Cross discovered evidence in her possession that clearly proved Ben was innocent.
