Kathy Powell is a minor character on How to Get Away with Murder. She is the judge that ruled in the case of Arthur and Agnes Kaufman versus Gina Sadowski.
Biography[]
Season 1[]
During Gina Sadowski's trial, Judge Powell takes into account the case of defense attorney Annalise Keating and the case brought by the prosecutor Henry Williams. Keating discredits Linda Tanner, the lead witness, and then demonstrates that a colleague of Arthur may have switched his medication for aspirin to which he is allergic. Williams proves that Gina bought aspirin, but Keating discredits the evidence by bringing Detective Nate Lahey to the stand, and thus shows they may have tampered with the video. Kathy declares Gina innocent. ("Pilot")
