Biography
Life and Career
Jim Abele was born in Syracuse, New York. Abele began his professional acting career in 1986, appearing in the straight-to-video film Wimps. After that, he has appeared in other films like Wolfpack, Student Affairs, Playing by Heart, The Commission, and A Wing and a Prayer (with Philip Moon). Abele has also appeared in shows like Law & Order (with Benjamin Bratt), Nash Bridges (with Jaime Gomez), The Pretender (with Patrick Bauchau, Alex Carter, and Jon Gries), The Agency (with Gil Bellows), NYPD Blue (with Esai Morales), Crossing Jordan (with Ravi Kapoor and Gregory Itzin), and Castle (with Stana Katic). Since 2012, Abele has had a recurring guest role on Pretty Little Liars, where he has worked with Lesley Fera.[1]
