Dr. Jeff Heby is a minor character on How to Get Away with Murder. He was the examiner responsible for performing the autopsy on Emmett Crawford however, Emmett's body was transferred to London before an examination could be completed.

Jeff was appointed the examiner of recently deceased managing partner of Caplan & Gold, Emmett Crawford. Before a formal examination could be carried out, an order came through, requesting Emmett's body be transferred to a facility in London. Nate Lahey later visits him at work and asks him to see the report on Emmett, assuming that he had carried out the autopsy. Jeff shows him the transfer documents and points out that Tegan Price authorized the transfer. Nate leaves to investigate further. ("Say Goodbye")
