After being called by Annalise asking her to ask Isaac about Stella, Isaac overdosed. The police found him and got him to the hospital. Jacqueline later phoned Annalise while Isaac was in critical condition as his kidneys are failing to tell her the news. Annalise, however, had other things on her mind so she neglected to pick up the phone. After blocking her number, Annalise picked up to which Jacqueline found it convenient. She told Annalise that Isaac was in the hospital because of what she did to him.
