Biography
Emily Sinclair was the prosecutor for the Nate Lahey case and the Hapstall case. She antagonizes Annalise Keating and suspects that she killed Sam Keating. She knows Asher Millstone's father and writes up a plea deal for Asher in return for his testifying against Annalise. In flash-forward episodes in season 2, she is shown dead at the Hapstalls' house.
