Emily Sinclair was a recurring character on How to Get Away with Murder. She is one of the two main antagonists of Season 2 and was introduced as the prosecutor on the Nate Lahey after he was framed for the murder of Sam Keating. She was ran over by Asher Millstone for bad-mouthing his father just hours after killed himself due to a criminal investigation she launched against him. Her body was planted at the Hapstall mansion and Catherine Hapstall went down for her murder. Emily Sinclair was one of the murder charges in Annalise's indictment.

Biography

Season 2

Emily Sinclair was the prosecutor for the Nate Lahey case and the Hapstall Case. She antagonizes Annalise Keating and suspects that she killed Sam Keating. She knows Asher Millstone's father and writes up a plea deal for Asher in return for his testifying against Annalise. In flash-forward episodes in season 2, she is shown dead at the Hapstalls' house.

It's later found out in a flash-back that Asher Millstone had reversed his car and hit her in anger, after she began slandering Asher's Father; William Millstone, shortly after his father's suicide.
