She is one of the two main antagonists of Season 2 and was introduced as the prosecutor at the trial against Nate Lahey after he was framed for the murder of Sam Keating. She was run over by Asher Millstone for bad-mouthing his father just hours after he killed himself due to a criminal investigation she launched against him. Season 2[]
Emily Sinclair was the prosecutor for the Nate Lahey case and the Hapstall Case. She antagonizes Annalise Keating and suspects that she killed Sam Keating. She knows Asher Millstone's father and writes up a plea deal for Asher in return for his testifying against Annalise. In flash-forward episodes in season 2, she is shown dead at the Hapstalls' house.
It's later found out in a flashback that Asher Millstone had reversed his car and hit her in anger, after she began slandering Asher's father, William Millstone, shortly after his father's suicide.
