A.U.S.A. Deanna Montes was the prosecutor originally prosecuting Michaela and Connor for Asher Millstone's murder. Eventually she accused Annalise Keating for Asher and Emily Sinclair murders, after she was extradicted from Mexico.
She was removed from the case and replaced by US Attorney Lennox after it was revealed at the hearing with the department of justice that she took part in coercing Michaela and Connor into testifying against Annalise.
