"She's a single mom supporting five kids on a crappy salary."
Nate Lahey to Annalise Keating about Darlene[src]

Darlene Thornton is a minor character on How to Get Away with Murder. She was asked by D.A. Todd Denver to lie on the stand, to say that she planted the bottle of booze on Annalise's car.

Season 4Edit

While working at the District Attorney's Office, she was asked by Todd Denver to lie on the stand saying that she planted the bottle of vodka in Annalise Keating's apartment and that she took a picture of her picking it up. At court, she lied in front of the judge which put back the Attorney General back in his case to dismiss the case. The lie did in fact work as not long later, the judge decided to decline the Attorney General's case to dismiss which meant that the case was sent to trial. ("Nobody Roots for Goliath")
