Chief Justice is a minor character on How to Get Away with Murder. He is the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He persided in the retrial of David Allen.

Chief Justice has judged the case of David Allen which was linked to Senator Art Trucco . Chief Justice showing respect to Senator so he blackmailed Annalise Keating by sending her into jail for being disrespectful to the Senator. He somehow managed to let Senator out of the case and decided to drop the case because Annalise has proved that Linda Morelli lied about the case in the end David earns his freedom but nothing has happened to racist Senator Trucco because of Chief Justice's wrong trial. Chief Justice never has a cut in the series again.
