Charles Carroll was born on May 12, 1952 in Los Angeles, California, USA. He graduated from Loyola University with a Bachelors Degree in Theatre Arts in 1974. His father was Dominic Wallace 'Wally" Carroll, professional baseball player in the Coast League for the San Francisco Seals and the Los Angeles' Angels. He is known for his work on Eagle Eye (2008), RoboCop (1987) and Disturbia (2007).[1]
