Oliver pointed out to the judge that the fact that she signed the warrant at a winery (Delmonico's Wine Bar) could be percieved as the appearance of impropriety. While stunned at first, the judge thanked Oliver for keeping her honest and agreed that the warrant was not valid, and Oliver got his laptop back.
